Competitive rowing brings together physical power, technical precision, and unwavering mental commitment. Our competitive framework is designed for rowers who thrive on athletic progression, data-driven split monitoring, and crew alignment.
Competitive squads follow periodised training plans incorporating endurance pieces at low stroke rates (18–20 spm), threshold interval pieces (24–28 spm), and race-pace sprint pieces (32–36+ spm), supplemented with dry-land ergometer testing and strength circuits.
Training and regattas utilise high-modulus carbon-fibre racing shells, lightweight sculls and sweep oars fitted with high-efficiency cleaver blades, and electronic telemetry stroke meters.
